![]() Splice might not be perfect, but it's infinitely easier to use, and I like the samples a lot better. ![]() I tried Loopcloud but I find it to be one of the most unintuitive, confusing, and cluttered apps I've ever used. But even if I want to feel like making a trap beat, I can easily find some new, inspiring sounds, which helps me to make more interesting music and keep things fresh. I can get 100% authentic sounds for those genres with a few clicks. I mostly make trap, but if I feel like making house, dubstep, boom bap, etc. ![]() ![]() It also makes me more comfortable with experimenting with other genres. It's definitely worth it for the samples alone, but if you own one of the four synths that Splice has presets for, then it's a must-have. If I ever want to spice up my productions, I can just hop on Splice and find some new drums or Serum patches. I rarely ever use loops, but many of the one-shots and synth presets are extremely good. It's like constant source of inspiration. ![]()
